The 2027 Brazil Payment Plan Breakdown

To secure our boutique hotel blocks in Rio and Salvador, we offer a structured payment plan. Choose your preferred room style below to see your simple monthly breakdown.

• The Commitment Deposit: $400 (Non-refundable, due immediately to secure 1 of the 24 available spots).
• Payment Timeline: July 1, 2026, through May 1, 2027 (10 equal monthly installments).
• Payment Due Date: Payments are due on the 1st of each month.
• Final Balance Deadline: All final payments must be received by May 1, 2027.

Double Room Package

• Total Investment: $6,800
• After $400 Deposit: $6,400 remaining balance
• Monthly Payment: $640 / month for 10 months

Single Room Package

• Total Investment: $8,600
• After $400 Deposit: $8,200 remaining balance
• Monthly Payment: $820 / month for 10 months
